As a neurodivergent woman, I have found my own experience of hypnotherapy to be life-changing in managing my symptoms and enjoying the beautiful gift of ‘living in the now.’
My journey from shame to empowerment has been profound and one that I feel privileged to share with you.
After having my own treatment of hypnotherapy and being so impressed with the positive changes it brought to my life, I made the decision to train as a hypnotherapist.
I was awarded with a diploma in Hypnotherapy from the well-known counselling body Chrysalis in 2024.
Hypnotherapy has given me an insight into a state of mind I had rarely experienced before - presence and peace.
When we live with in the present moment, we are able to make better choices. We approach life from a place of trust and acceptance, rather than being reactive and acting from our trauma and our nervous system.
Like water flowing down a stream, we no longer resist the changes that come our way...

I am studying for my professional diploma in counselling having completed my foundation training, so our sessions together will include the chance for emotional sharing and person-centred support, and will be tailored to your unique needs.
My experience includes a journalism background, 5 years working in mental health and challenging behaviour, qualified Hypnotherapist, a completion of my counselling foundation training in 2023 and a two-year professional diploma in counselling starting in September 2024. I run an ADHD support group in East Bristol so holding space for your emotions is very welcome within our sessions.
As a sensory sensitive woman myself, I find that sound and music can be very healing. I enjoy making bespoke playlists for my clients which often include healing sounds of nature. As a creative writer, all my hypnotherapy scripts are written personally for you, and I like to involve you in this process too.
I include mindfulness practice in my work and many of my clients enjoy the benefits guided and intentional breathing offers.
I mainly work from my therapy room on Picton Street which offers a nice open space and natural lighting. There is a little garden here too for some extra escapism from the hustle and bustle of the city.
I also offer sessions online which are just as effective as in-person. I will supply you with playlist and all the information you need so that we can create the right atmosphere for your healing hypnotherapy sessions.
I am really looking forward to working together so that we can get you back to the person you were always meant to be.
