TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellations:

I understand that there might be circumstances in which it is not possible for you to attend your session.  If you are unable to attend a session, at least 24 hours’ notice is required please. If no notice is given within 24 hours, the full session fee is payable.  

If you miss two consecutive sessions without giving prior warning, it may be appropriate to review our work together as a healthy level of commitment is needed for change to happen.  

All communication between us whilst we are working together, is done via email only, as agreed by us both. We will not communicate via any social media platforms, or via text messaging, unless you need to cancel our session or you are running late. I will hold your sessions for ten minutes after the agreed time, but if you run over, the session will be cancelled and chargeable.  

Confidentiality  

I take your confidentiality very importantly as we are to embark on a professional relationship together. The information I take is to assess your needs so I can put together the appropriate treatment plan for your hypnotherapy.  

During our work together, I will seek supervision to ensure I can deliver the best service to you.

Under the new GDPR Guidelines and The Data Protection Act 2018, I need to be as transparent and direct as possible about what information I collect, how I use it, and your rights:  

1.All information shared is strictly confidential. The only time I share information outside of your session will be during supervision or unless you, or someone else, is in danger of serious harm.

2. Any notes I take during our sessions, and the consultation form, will be stored privately and I only I will have access to them. You have the right to view any information I have stored at any time.
